Life is a rock (but the radio rolled me)

I heard this song while in the dentist office. I thought it was The Monkees' Goin Down at first but realized it was something completely different.

The two key changes are completely perfect but my favorite part of the song is the 4 Tops shout out towards the end.
Also special note the vocalist, Joey Levine sang with Ohio Express's key change song, Yummy Yummy Yummy.
Special thanks to Dr. Timony for helping me figure out the name of this tune.

Yummy Yummy Yummy

For all the wrong reasons I was thinking about Ohio today, hence this little ditty by Ohio Express came to the front of my brain and would not go away.

It has a subtle but decent key change at about 1:28.  Luverly.
